Melanie: Stranded after tyre split when I went over a pothole. Roadside assistance (who couldn’t have replaced the tyre) were two hours away, it was cold, dark, snowing and they would only recover the vehicle anyway so I called Nortons who were with me within the hour as the gentleman said.
