Wesley: Had two tyres changed last week and the service I received from Nortons was first class.
My call was answered first time.
I was given clear instructions and guidance.
I received a courtesy call from the engineer to inform he was en route to me.
Was given detailed report before any work was agreed.
Was given detailed report after the work was completed.
Within around two hours of me making the initial call, both tyres were changed without any fuss. Thought I would share this good news.
